Salon Policies

 

RESERVATIONS

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early to your appointment.

Reservations require a deposit/credit card on file to hold appointment in. As a courtesy, we attempt to confirm all appointments via text, email or phone call. You are welcome to call prior to your appointment to confirm exact times, services, and ask any questions you may have. Emails will be sent shortly after booking and deposit with location and parking details.

 

STYLIST TARDY DISCLAIMER

If we are running behind, we will contact you as soon as possible and reschedule if needed. Due to the nature of our business, we may run a few minutes behind perfecting a look.  We will spend the same amount of time and attention to detail once you are in our chair. We thank you and appreciate your patience.

LATE ARRIVALS

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our artists, please arrive on time for your appointment. Please be mindful and give us a call at the earliest realization that you will arriving late, we will communicate with you if we need to reschedule or if you may still come in. Communication is everything.

LATE CANCELLATIONS

We understand emergencies happen. If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours prior so we may fill the appointment, less than 48 hours will result in 20% cancellation charge or deposit not returned.

NO SHOW

In the case of missing your appointment your 20% deposit will not be refunded.. Moreover, booking your next visit will require paying a nonreturnable deposit for the service you want to book. Two or more 'no shows' will result in your account being blocked from booking future appointments.

 

SERVICE PRICING

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

 

SICK POLICY

If you are not feeling well we completely understand.  We ask that you please reach out so that we may reschedule your appointment and you are able to stay home.  If you arrive at your appointment with symptoms, we reserve the right to refuse services or ask you to wear a mask while in the salon. For your comfort and safety, please notify us if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.
 

SERVICE GUARANTEE & REDO

We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone. If you are dissatisfied with your service, we are happy to provide you with the opportunity to return to for a redo. Redo must be scheduled within 7 days of original service date with stylist who provided the service. However, in the case that the original stylist has no time available, or if you feel that the service provider is unable to provide the service, an exception may be made and may be scheduled with another stylist. Many services require long periods of time to complete therefore we do not offer refunds on hair services. Thank you for understanding that our profession is an art form and we want you to love it!

RETAIL SALES

Professional products may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days , we do not offer refunds on styling products.
