Covid-19 Guidelines


The health and safety of our guests and team members' is our number one priority. We understand that certain requirements may be inconvenient, however in order to comply with the State and the CDC; Please respect the salon and refrain from booking if you are experiencing ANY of the following symptoms; or if you are unable to comply with our regulations:


  • Coughing/Sneezing

  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

  • Fever

  • Repeated shaking with/and chills

  • Sore throat

  • Vomiting, nausea and/or diarrhea


Salon Guests:

  • ALL guests required to wash hands and undergo a temp check with a contact less thermometer upon arrival.

  • Please bring a mask as you will be required to wear it throughout the entire duration of service(s).

  • Please come to your appointment alone and call the salon to check in.

  • There will be no waiting room for now so we ask you wait in your car or outside the salon.  We will call you as soon as we are ready for you.

  • No children unless they have a scheduled appointment.

  • Please limit personal belongings to keys, wallet and cell phone. 

  • Only bottled water will be offered at this time.

  • No outside food or drinks allowed.

  • In order to limit contact, we urge you to set up a Zelle or Venmo before your appointment date. This will allow you to submit payment for services straight from your mobile device with simply an email address or phone number.


Salon Personnel: 

  • All salon employees are required to test for covid-19 every 4 weeks.

  • All employees are required to wear masks while in the salon.

  • Temperature checks will be performed with a contact less thermometer before each shift to ensure everyone's safety.

  • Stylists will have 20 minutes in between clients to ensure proper disinfection is performed and allow a few minutes to step outside to breath and regroup if necessary. This will ensure that your visit is relaxed and a safe space for you to be serviced effectively.


Sick Policy:

If you are not feeling well we completely understand.  We ask that you please reach out so that we may reschedule your appointment and you are able to stay home.  If you arrive at your appointment with symptoms, we will have to refuse services. In addition, if your stylist shows symptoms they will be asked to stay home for 2 weeks before returning back to the salon.  However our team will work together and do their best to get you all taken care of.

*Note regarding blowouts: While some states are not allowing blowouts, California has not prohibited them. If you would prefer no blow out, please let your stylist know as this will alter timing, however it will not change price.
